It's been a long time

I LOVE MY JOB! I'll be spending the holiday season at he Boulevard Mall wrapping gifts for the fundrasier. I've stalked my family and most of them are going to cover a shift or two. Eastern Hills Mall needs more shifts covered but it's much less thanks to my MIL, Kitty, Aunts and Uncles :)

Nothing else to new- the buses to and from work are just fine. I have a great afternoon driver who drives 3/4 days a week on my going home bus. Very chatty and always annouces the bus when he opens the door so I know what one it is (two buses stop at the same stop and the sign can be hard for me to read sometimes depending on the sun ect).

Christmas (yes i said it) shopping began about two weeks ago in this house... I'd say I'm about 65% done and 30% i know what i'm getting and 5% I've got no idea....

The dogs are fine after Tequila te the gorilla glue last month and $315 later (emergancy vet) she is totally fine must not have eaten enough to cause a blockage thank goodness (cj was very worried about her).. god she's SO his dog :) :) :)

Bus RIde

Today I have every intention to get up at 7:30am to get my bus run test before I start work on Oct 10th. I didn't get up til 10am and was on my first bus at 11:30am. SO EASY! Got off at Delaware and W Chippawa walked ONE block (i thought it would be more like three blocks) and could see my building fomr the corner of Elmwood and W Chippawa. TO EASY. I hopped the Elmwood bus back home and that's were things go interesting. The bus was PACKED to the gill's atleast ten people where standing (me included), a seat finally clears so i grab it ( should have continuted to stand). The man behind me was on his cell phone from Elmwod and W Chippawa to Buffalo State College talking in a regular voice about how much better he was than whoever he was on the phone with because he goes to w 4 years chool and all this junk. I wanted to turn aroudn and say "I went to Buff State and graduated.. so plesae be quiet". But I didn't-- the man sitting next to me (about 60) expressed his happyness when balbbermouth got off the bus. I was happy as well as was the guy infront of us (he could hear hiim too). It was a long 20 mins let me tell you I was going to get off at Buff State if blabber mouth wasn't getting off. That was the highlight of my day UNTIL i got off at Target to shop and then walked over to COLD STONE for Oreo Overload - very good by the way. I hopped a Delaware bus walked the 7/10th of a mile home to find CJ cleaning the garage and moving stuff around. :)
