EIGHT weeks until Christmas..

omg say it ain't so!!!!

I did make my shopping master list for everyone we buy for. It's pretty much done now we just have to buy the stuff so that's not so tough alot of it's giftcards this year.. Noone needs more "JUNK".

HAPPY FALL!!

Fall weather has come in to Buffalo in full effect.

I think this may be my fav. time of year. It's great weathe to walk in (DS and I walk about 2 miles a day weather permitting and somedays its 4).

I have to get DH to decorate for halloween. We've got our three pumpkins (two massive ones and one small one) all FREE WOO HOO.. DS's godfather tossing a pumpkin donw the hill in his yeard and gets pumpkins every year for the past five years or so. DS got to take one home afew weeks ago. And then DH helped a friend pick up afew truckloads of firewood (with our truck) and the guy who was selling the wood gave DH two pumpkins for DS.

XMAS used to be my fav holiday but now I think it's Halloween!!!

Summer went way to fast!!

I Can't believe it's the END of September already.

DS is now 1 yr old 24 pounds and 31 inches tall.. he's walking all over the place.

Been home a year man it went fast and I'm not sure if I want to repeat that 1st year ago (but i think the 1st year may be the easist of them all). Now that i've got a toddler with a mind of his own it's not as easy.

Monthly shopping trip

This is something we are trying for the 1st time this month.

We hit the bank and then off to BJ's we went.

Gas was $111.00 at 4.04 a gallon that will last us about 15 days MAYBE!!

Food and DS's stuff came to $302.19.

DS: this stuff will last a month

His total is: $157.95- $8 man. coupon= $149.95

Food wise we got:
Huge pack of chicken wings MMM
Huge pack chicken thighs
6-7 pounds ground beef
huge bag of fish sticks
Meat pack (staeks, roasts and stew meat)
Salad dressing for salad and meats to maranide (sp)
Oli for deep fryer
Milk (will last one week)
Cereal (will last me two weeks)
Dog treats
2 chickens
20 pack of italian sausage
36 pack of Pepsi
Ribs
Total: $152.24

That's not to bad.

I will shop for deli meat, fresh veggies, milk and rolls/bread weekly or as needed.. I've got $150 left for the month for that :)

June is BOOKED!

Well we have something on the calendar from now (june 1st) until June 13th. That it's father's day weekend so there will be something and then its a rehersal dinner the 19th and my dad's wedding the 21st. This month is over before it even begins it seems!! It's all good stuff, fun stuff and has to happen stuff but STUFF nonetheless.

DH is working about 60 hours week and hs been since the end of April.. he's gotta be so tired but he just keeps going.

DS is great he'll be N INE months old on Thursday OMG where does the time go.. he wants to crawl so badily but he just army crawls/ creeps across the floor. he tries to pull himself up in his crib but just can't get his legs pushed up underneith himself once he gets that right he'll be standing inthere waiting to be taken out :)

DH redid the whole front garden with weed plastic and mulch. It looks awosme. KEEPING IT SIMPLE!!!!!!

I plnated my few veggie plants in my container garden set it. IT works well for me. I've got four pepper plants and four tomoate plants. MAYBE next year I will plant stuff in the actual ground but we'll see.. then i have to keep the dog from peeing on it (he's succesfully started to kill the shrubs DH planted along the back fence last summer). They looked so nice and now are brown at the bottoms DARN DOG!!

DH is home!

DH got home from his trip to Bristol TN for the nascar race. All is well he's got unpacking to do and still has to move the camper back to the country. I think we are doing that on Saturday.

We have had a busy few weeks. St Pat's Party went fine.. DS was home due to an illness with my FIL. FIL is now doing well and DS slept through the whole party YEAH!!!! We cleaned and preped with him home since we didn't have a choice. It all got done so that was good. We had a small turn out due to crummy weather. 15 ppl showed out of about 25. But we totally understand.

Easter is this weekend oh so ealry this year!!

I've paid our IRS taxes and will get a tiny refund from the state yahoo. :)

Next year will be alot better tax wise :)

HAPPY EASTER!!

March has come in like a lion sure hoping it goes out like a lamb!!!!

Well due to my irs tax errors (on my part) we owe the feds some dough... under 600 so thats not so bad.. but still...... AND I have yet to due my state taxes AHH!!

St Pats Party is all shopped for and we are ready food and drink wise...

DS goes to the inlaws house tomorrow around noontime for the night. We will clean the house once he's left.

DH leaves for his NASCAR race in Bristol TN on Wed and comes back the following Tuesday.... if DS doesn't put me through the ringer we'll be doing well :)

DS got an easter basket from his god mother it's a fluffy bunny one from hallmark that signs "somebunny loves you" when you press his paw and his tail wags it's super duper cute!!!

I got an awsome Bday gift from DH. I bus trip (no hotel stay) to NYC in April he's sending me with a friend of mine. We leave on a friday night around 11pm and get to NYC at 8am Saturday... then back on the bus at 8pm to come home nad get in around 3am. SWEET! I can't wait!!!!!

Staying home is still a work in progress... it's been six months i can't believe that i've been home that long.

Hoping for a quick month of March :)

Feb is nearly over sweet!!

Well the month has FLOWN by.

Taxes paid (on the house)
Various van parts bought and getting put in tomorrow (yeah).
Planning for St Pats and DH's trip (shopping has begun for both and well with in tbe budgets YEAH again).

Easter have yet to think about it but I know I should..... DS needs an easter basket... hmmmm he might be using an extra one we have in the house... hopefully its boyish enough... LOL

Taxes done for the irs (eek messed them up but working on correcting them) and scared to do state cause i expect us to owe :(( Such is life....

DH is preping the camper this weekend too.. between the van and camper I think he'll have enough with car stuff... and the car needs brakes!! HA the joys of being an adult....

Feb needs to go quickly!

Well I've decided that since our property taxes are due mid feb that the month better go by SUPER fast so I can get back on to the proper budget come March 1st.

March is a fun month for us...

Okay so that whole writting more once I'm home from work with the kiddo yeah didn't happen until now!!!

We had Joseph Sept 5th via emergency c-section at 8:16am a massive 9lbs 1oz and 21.5 inches long. He's pretty happy most of the time.. good eater and good sleeper YEAH..

I've been home since He was born so nearly five months umm at times i get bored and well i've got enough to do around the house it doesn't always happen.

I voluteer at my old job (doing my old job pretty much just frmo a different desk). I do Monday am's it's fun.
