I have to buy a wall charger for it though.. since I'd like that option as well as car charging.. otherwise it seems "fun" but i've yet to turn it on since cj's not home and I can't plug it into the truck (that's also in the shop) so we'll see if the loaner car's lighter works so we can plug it in and start it up :).. if not when the trucks back later this week we'll do it then :)

So xmas has come for us :) Jospeh of course has gifts for under the tree already as well..shoopped ahead :)

After two weeks of being under the weather, a kid with pink eye one of those weeks and a fever the next (all the while i will sick too).. my mom took a day off of work to help me out and so did CJ.

I'm finally pretty well back to normal.. still tired and in bed before 9:30 most nights. But better none the less.

The dishwasher's upper rack arm broke off and i found it lying in the lower rack yesterday after a load ran.. so before Joseph is back from school I've got about a dishwasher's worth of dishes to wash by hand plus the stuff in the sink.. UGH. The dishwasher was out of commision for about a month Aug/Sept and it was "okay" since I just watche dwhat i used and tried not to dirty TONS of stuff.... hard to do eating all meals at home but still.

That's about it here.

Busy everywhere but HOME

We've been all over the place since Friday :)

I went to the hockey game on Friday night with a friend of mien (comp tickets from her work). that was nice :)

Saturday CJ helped side his brother's garage for abotu 5 hours.. wehile i grocery shopped and hit a free play at The Theater of Youth (Junie B Jones and a bit of monkey business). it was a cute show and great for younger ones (jospeh did not go he was at my inlaws hanging out and playing) my mom and I went to the show.

Then we ended up visiting a neighbor last night for awhile.. jospehT and MC from the corner (they have kids older than CJ and I and grandkids alot older than Jospeh).. so they are just fun :)

Today we went to church, the Sanborn NY Winetique (sp) fest at the firehall out thata.. and stopped by a pumpkin farm near my dad's prior to going to see my dada nd his wife and there massive 500 sq foot addition they are putting on the house.. insaly hUGE but they like it and i am ure my dad can't wait for this project to be DONE!!

Home now so Joseph can nap and then I think we're having Beef Stew at the inlaws for dinner :)

CJ's back siding the garage at his brother's again now :)

FUN weekend but NOTHING has gotten done here.. ugh i think the laundry pile in the basemnt is bigger than ME as is the CLEAN baskets begging to be put awy.. oh well maybe later tonight....

Fall FUN!!!

So I've decided my neighborhood ROCKS!

We started a yearly block party in 2008.. and that same year we started a fall fest ge togeher (someone else's does that).. Myself and a neighbor do the blcok paryt stuff.

Our FALL fun is this Saturday afternoon and I can't wait (thanks kristi this blog stuff is fun once you get into the routine).

We are ALSO the proud owners of a 48 pound pumpkin.. no I'm not kidding while getting pumpkins Joseph pointed to one and said "I pick this one up" so CJ got it for him and then said "we're buying this one" (from CJ). It's pretty darn big compared to my two tiny 4 pounds that i also bought that day. We still have to go pick apples (one of these days).

I've also set up the three month payment plan for CJ's Bristol Tickets for 2010 (that are getting sold so he can do a Bear hunt in Canada instead).. yeah we're my vacation?? And a nice one to boot!

CJ is making Chicken soup and Sauce today on the stove. With this rainy/sunny/thunderstomr day it's a great day to do this!!

The house is still in "order" after jospeh's bday party woo hoo.

The garage is good as is the shed.

We have yet to attack the upstairs. If painting hapens by Spring I'll be happy so we've got time.. a good winter project I suppose.

I still have to sort through more toys in the living roomand box them up we've just got to MANY and some can go into the CLEAN and child safe recroom in the basement :)

Now that the school year is upon us I'm watching a friends daugheter two days a wek for two hours each day.. She's so FUN!!!!I love this age (7 or so months).

Bart (the dog) is doing great... he actually wants to play with jospeh when outsdie int he back yard (usually he barks and Joseph chases him but the dog loves it).

Joseph LOVES school. He's having trouble sleeping at night but it seems he's got allergies (runny nose. sneezing all day and the allergiy black eye look).. it's oh so FUN (not really).


That's about it here :)

MAYBE tonight I'll head up stairs so SORT baby clothes adn TRULY label the boxes/totes/bags and find the Bee costume for a Friend's daughter to borrow this Halloween... yes that HAS to be found!!!

FALL is coming...

.. and so is the CLEANING OUT!!!

I've got six bags/boxes for goodwill and four bags/boxes for thecurb WOO HOO

Once we get past jospeh's bday party on the 13th (sidenote happy 1st bday Mr. Luke). we'll be attacking the upstairs.. sort. toss. keep.. paint and MOVE up there (CJ and I).

Also CJ plans to clean out the garage (a yearlyish task) and the shed) but this time he's moving things around and taking some stuff out and getting rid of it YIPPIE!!!

CJ LOVES LOVES LOVES his new job also.. he started in July and so far so good :)

We enjoy having him home at lunchtime too.

Josphe starts nursrey school on the 10th (two days a week for two hrs per day) and today Cj adn I have been married 8 years.. where did that time go??

So it's been SIX months so shoot me....

Winter has come and gone.. oh so glad spring is here.. gotta love springitme in buffalo.. 60 one day and 25 the next.

DS and DH are doing well :)

We've gotten and will have done alot of home repairs/upgardes in the past few and upcoming months... the whole NEW electrical service and breaker box in Feb.. onto the a new light fixture with fan in the living room (can ya say tear up the floor upstaris to do it but oh so worth it), we are repainting the living room, dinning room and hallway a nice tan color and removing the huge picture window and putting in three double hung windows with screen WOO HOO for being able to opne that huge front window now!!! It doesn't take much to make me happy!!!

We're planning to plant a garden in the yard AFTER up bring in 15 yards of topsoil to level it out some and fix our horrible drainage issues. :)

Also last but no least we have the camper in getting the hot water tank fixed so we can use it this summer to camp in WOO HOO.
