Spring weather is here WOO HOO!!!
CJ's been busy working upstairs.. no more patching and no painting has started yet but the insulation has begun (another project on the upstairs list).
We got a good deal on it so he's working on that :)
Along with setting up side jobs for brakes and what not.
Joseph is doing well.. as is Bart the dog (he'll be 8 in August and is starting to show his age some).

You guys are always doing so much work on your house! I bet it just keeps looking better and better!
Step by step it's getting there.. next year it looks like a new two car garage further back in the back yard!
